Teresa Pelley is an IT Leader with more than 20 years of experience in the IT Support field. She is a long-time member of HDI, and currently holds the office of VP of Communications for the recently rebooted HDI Skyway Chapter. She is passionate about customer support and strives for her team to provide world class service through continuous improvement and training.
