Join HDI Skway in cooperation with the Virtual Community on April 12, 2024. The guest speaker will be John Walter, speaking to the topic of Legal Pitfalls in AI Implementation in Contact Centers. Specifically, he will be introducing two cases to the audience, and identify the facts in each case that form the basis for the claims. His goal is for the participant's to become sensitive to the issues and know when to raise red flags within their organizations.
John has worked as a lawyer handling BPO related negotiations and disputes. While working as outside counsel, he earned the distinction of “Ones to Watch” in The Best Lawyers in America while representing ZMAXINC and other companies in transactions and litigation throughout the southeast.
John manages the operations of ZMAXINC. He actively evaluates BPO providers and new technology, guiding clients in selecting the best solutions for their unique customer support needs. John maintains active law licenses in the states of Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
John is the president of the Contact Center AI Association, an organization that aims to spread the best practices for AI adoption among customer support leaders.
